Jared, the jewelry galleria never ceases to amaze with its wide selection of diamonds and its number of employee on hand ready to help you when you need to buy something, but what happens after you purchase from Jared, the jewelry galleria.  What should you expect from a place that takes thousands of dollars at retail prices from you after you make your purchase.

Well, according to Kathy, the manager at Jared in Fairlakes, VA you should not expect anything from them no matter how much money you spent in the past.  After spending 5 figures there last year, I was expecting more when I sent a friend to ask their manager Kathy for a simple box, a box to put a set of keys for my mom’s newest gift. I was expecting Jared to care enough for my need of a $5 empty box that I would have gladly paid for. I was told it was not possible unless I purchased something. I will never purchase anything from Jared as I would expect human emotions towards customers especially from their manager towards a VIP customer. Customer service is truly dead in this country. I was expecting Jared to have decent if not great service towards me. Instead, they showed their true disconnect between human emotion and business. In these trying times for the retail industry, customer service is all you have to stay alive and yet they choose to not care. Customer service at Jared is awful.
